Cute bar with a rooftop that wraps around to offer great views of the city. There are plenty of seats to go around and a fun dj by the bar.

Good weekday spot for a drink with a view but their happy hour is a time that isn't reasonable. Happy hour is advertised different on their website than in person.

Came here for a private event on the rooftop and had a great time. Roped off area towards the rear of the rooftop, where the food was out on a picnic table. At dusk the lights came on to give it a urban jungle/backyard vibe. I cannot get over how tasty everything was. The people were CLAMORING for more shrimp dumplings. The servers made sure to come around and take drink orders. I went from 5pm-9pm and it got livelier the later I was there. I think this place is great for happy hours to get the night started, you can meet out for drinks here too, maybe even a date...you'll think you're filming on location for a NYC based rom-com, but bring your wallet. I do not think you can enter through the hotel, I think you have to go around the side on 24th street in the hallway and up the elevator to the 18th floor. Good: -FRIED CHICKEN Sandwich -Shaker Burger (single patty) -SHRIMP DUMPLING -Fish Tacos -Paloma Drinks -The views/setup/ambiance -Friendly and AVAILABLE waitstaff Bad: -None

At the Broken Shaker for a DJ set by DJBLVD. If you don't know who he is, please check him out. He's a phenomenal DJ. Like for real! Hostess Oma was extremely nice, and informed upon suggestions for me to enjoy my experience. Opted to sit at a table near bar. I enjoyed the live music, had a drink and danced from my seat the whole night. After the show, I went outside and took advantage of the breeze and city view. Throughly enjoyed myself. The crowd was friendly and for me, just the right amount of people. Servicing staff were friendly and attentive. I loved the decor, fitting for the theme. Oh, to get to the spot, you have a street entrance. You meander down a hallway, met a doorman and are allowed upstairs. I feel like it's a hidden gem.
